FAQ

Todo list or kanban board — which should I use?

The todo list is a flat list with priorities and due dates, best when you mainly need to know what is next. The kanban board moves cards between columns, better when work sits in stages such as doing and waiting. They keep separate records, so pick one as your main list rather than syncing both by hand.

Can tasks repeat automatically?

Recurring tasks handles daily, weekly and monthly items and generates the next occurrence when you complete one, and you can pause a series without deleting its history. For dated one-offs, the deadline list counts down to the date instead.

How are the planners different from the todo list?

The planners are time-shaped. The daily planner assigns tasks to blocks within a single day; the weekly planner spreads them across seven columns. A common setup is to keep everything in the todo list and use a planner to decide when each item actually happens.
