FAQ

Workout log or weight training — what is the difference?

The workout log records a session as a whole: type, duration and how it felt, which suits cardio and classes. Weight training goes set by set with weight and reps, estimates your 1RM and totals training volume. Many people use both, one per kind of session.

Can I track body weight and measurements over time?

The weight log stores each weigh-in and charts the trend, while body measurement holds waist, chest, arm and other tape readings on their own dates. Both keep the full history, so a plateau shows up as a flat line rather than a feeling, and personal record keeps your best lifts with the date each was set.

What is in the weekly fitness report?

It totals the week's sessions and minutes, breaks training down by muscle group, puts your weight trend beside it and compares the week with the one before. The fitness dashboard does the same for today, and fitness challenge tracks a longer target such as a monthly running distance.
