FAQ

Does it count calories for me?

No food database is bundled, so you enter the calorie and nutrient figures yourself in the calorie log and the nutrition log. Home cooking and local dishes are therefore as easy to record as packaged food, and the weekly nutrition report totals whatever you entered against your daily goal.

Can I plan the week's meals and shop from that plan?

The meal planner lays the week out by meal slot, the recipe book holds ingredients and steps for dishes you repeat, and the grocery list keeps the shopping side with items you tick off in the store. Together they cover deciding, cooking and buying.

What does the fasting timer record?

It stores the start and end of each fasting window, works out the duration and matches it against a protocol such as 16:8, so you build a history instead of a rough memory. The caffeine tracker works the same way for coffee and tea, logging amount and time of day.
